Women in Tech is a global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing gender diversity in the technology industry and fostering women’s participation across leadership, creative, and technical fields.
Through mentorship programs, conferences, workshops, and networking initiatives, the NGO empowers women to grow professionally and advocates for inclusive and equitable work environments.
Its mission is to eliminate barriers and gender stereotypes that limit women’s access to the tech sector, creating opportunities for professional advancement and innovation. Today, Women in Tech is recognized as a leading voice for inclusion, empowerment, and diversity in STEM fields worldwide.

GOALS
  • Enhance global visibility and position Women in Tech as an international leader in the promotion of gender equality in technology.

  • Strengthen partnerships with institutions, corporations, and media supporting women’s empowerment.

  • Increase website traffic and engagement through organic and campaign-driven lead generation.

  • Promote events and initiatives across digital platforms to reach a broader, engaged audience.

COMMUNICATION ACTIONS

Women in Tech Global Forum 2021 – Sharjah Edition

The Women in Technology Global Forum 2021, held in Sharjah on February 23–24, brought together influential leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs from around the world to discuss gender diversity, innovation, and inclusion in the tech sector.

The event featured high-level speakers such as Paula Bellizia (Google), Ann Aerts (Novartis Foundation), Andrea Sesum (Ontario College of Business & Technology), Melda Akin (D14.AI), and many others—each sharing insights on female leadership, digital transformation, and the future of technology.

As part of the Women in Tech NGO’s mission to promote equality and empowerment in STEM, the forum offered keynotes, panels, and networking sessions highlighting global initiatives that break down barriers for women in the industry.

This campaign included the creation of a strong digital identity across platforms, with Instagram visuals showcasing the international speakers, reinforcing the NGO’s visibility and impact on the global stage.

The Women in Tech® website serves as the digital hub for the international non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology and empowering 5 million women and girls by 2030.

Through a modern, dynamic interface, the platform presents the NGO’s global initiatives, including mentorship programs, leadership training, events, and advocacy campaigns promoting women’s access to technology. It also highlights success stories, key partnerships, and opportunities to get involved through volunteering, event participation, or professional networks.

The website reflects Women in Tech’s mission to make technology a driver of equality and inclusion, aligning its communication with the UN Sustainable Development Goal 5b: harnessing technology to empower women.

At VivaTech, L’Oréal hosted an engaging panel on innovation, diversity, and the future of beauty tech. The discussion gathered professionals and thought leaders to exchange on how technology is transforming the beauty industry — from AI-driven personalization to sustainable product development.

The session highlighted L’Oréal’s commitment to inclusion and digital transformation, showcasing how the group integrates new technologies to create more inclusive, ethical, and connected beauty experiences.

The stand served as both an interactive showcase and a networking hub, reinforcing L’Oréal’s image as a global pioneer in beauty technology and innovation.
